PUBLIC NOTICE: Public viewing of County Road 1610

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of County Commissioners of Ashland County, Ohio, will hold a public viewing of County Road 1610 at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, beginning at property located at 1610 County Road 1610, Ashland.  The viewing will be held pursuant to R.C. 5553.04 and 5553.05, for the purpose of determining whether to vacate County Road 1610 in its entirety.

If the Board determines after the viewing that the vacation of the road is of sufficient public importance, a public hearing will be held at the office of the Board, 110 Cottage Street, Second Floor, Ashland, OH, at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2024 to accept public testimony prior to determining whether or not to proceed with vacating the road.
