The Board of Commissioner’s meetings are open to the public. They are held at 9AM each Thursday and on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays in the Board's conference room on the 2nd floor of the County Office Building.

The deadline for business items for Thursday meetings is 2 PM on Tuesday. For county departments, bills are due in our office by noon each Tuesday.  All meetings and meeting times are subject to change. Times are approximate based on the amount of time required by each presenter.

Bid openings and public hearings cannot occur prior to the time specified.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend and comment. Comments are limited to three minutes per person and must pertain to topics and business items that have been discussed at that day's meeting. A ten-minute session will be allotted to those who wish to speak to the Board on other topics, providing that information on the topic to be discussed is presented to the Clerk of the Board by noon the day preceding the meeting. All other comments and discussions regarding county business, but not relevant to the current meeting, will be welcomed by the commissioners individually after the meeting is adjourned.
