Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

The Community Development Block Grant Program provides bi-annual grants on a formula basis to states, counties and cities. The grants are intended to develop viable communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment. Nikki Hiller, Clerk to the Ashland County Commissioners, oversees the grant applications and projects for Ashland County.
