PUBLIC NOTICE: Public viewing of Township Road 1902

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of County Commissioners of Ashland County, Ohio, will hold a public viewing of Township Road 1902 at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the location of the proposed right-turn lane for access to Hillsdale Local Schools. The viewing will be held pursuant to R.C. 5553.04 and 5553.05, for the purpose of determining whether to accept the dedication of a section of right of way abutting the road for a right-turn lane into the Hillsdale School parking lot.
If the Board determines after the viewing that the dedication is of sufficient public importance, a public hearing will be held at the office of the Board, 110 Cottage Street, Second Floor, Ashland, OH, on Thursday, July 18, 2024, to accept public testimony prior to determining whether or not to proceed with accepting the dedication.
