Request for Qualifications and Proposals

Ashland County intends to apply for the PY 2025 Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP) which may include CDBG, HOME, and OHT funds.  This is a competitive grant administered by Ohio Department of Development /Office of Community Enhancement (ODOD/OCE).  The County is interested in acquiring the services of a consultant firm to prepare the application, perform the environmental review, develop and implement the program.  A Request for Qualifications and Proposal package may be obtained by contacting Nikki Hiller, Clerk of the Board of Ashland County Commissioners at 110 Cottage Street, Suite 205, Ashland, Ohio 44805, email nhiller@ashlandcounty.org phone (419)282-4263.  The Bidder will be responsible for mailing costs, if any.  Bids will be received until 4:00pm Friday, February 28, 2025 at the above address.
