In accordance with 36 CFR 800.14 (b), Ashland County provides public notice and welcomes public comment on a Programmatic Agreement (PA) developed to govern compliance with the National Historic Preservation Action for implementation of the following: Administration of home rehabilitation financing programs, which includes funds appropriated through the United States Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD), the State of Ohio Community Housing Programs, and/or other related federal legislation as amended from time to time, such as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The programmatic agreement is available for review at the address below. The adopted county tax budget for calendar year 2026 for Ashland County is available for public inspection on weekdays at the County Commissioners’ Office, 110 Cottage Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M, excluding holidays.
