Procurement Card Providers

The Board of County Commissioners of Ashland County is accepting proposals from procurement card providers, pursuant to R.C. 301.29, for procurement cards to be used by all county offices.  Providers will be selected on an ongoing basis.  This request for proposals includes credit cards and charge cards issued by individual retailers as well as by providers of cards that can be used at multiple retailers.  This request does not include debit cards or ATM cards.

All procurement cards shall comply with the county’s Procurement Card Policy, a copy of which may be obtained from the Office of the Ashland County Commissioners, 110 Cottage St., Second Floor, Ashland, OH 44805, or by emailing nhiller@ashlandcounty.org.   Card applications may be sent to the Commissioners at the address above, along with contact information for an individual who may be contacted with questions.
